Market Development Representative – (Onsite -New Cairo)

We seek a driven and results-oriented Outbound Market Development Representative (MDR) to generate and qualify leads into high-quality sales opportunities.

This role is crucial in helping us ensure a steady pipeline of high-quality leads, drive business growth, and expand our market reach.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prospecting & Outreach: Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels to engage with potential clients.
• Lead Qualification: Identify and qualify prospective customers based on their needs, challenges, and interest in our solutions.
• CRM Management: Track all interactions, update records, and maintain data integrity in the CRM.
• Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and messaging.
• Follow-ups: Nurture potential leads with follow-up emails, calls, and other touchpoints.
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and target market insights.

Qualifications:
• Experience in outbound sales, lead generation, call center, or business development (B2B experience preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence in cold calling and handling objections.
• Previous experience in the GCC market is a plus.
• Background in HR tech solutions is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) and sales engagement platforms.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Self-motivated, resilient, and eager to learn.
