Recruitment Specialist
The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple industries and role types. This position focuses on sourcing, assessing, and placing qualified candidates while ensuring high service quality for both clients and candidates.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage end to end recruitment processes from role briefing to successful placement
• Work closely with clients to understand hiring needs, timelines, and expectations
• Source candidates using multiple channels including databases, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach
• Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates using structured assessment methods
• Present well qualified shortlists with clear insights and recommendations
• Coordinate interviews and manage feedback between clients and candidates
• Conduct market research and salary benchmarking based on active talent pools and hiring data
• Manage offer processes and support negotiation and closing
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and pipeline data
• Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Meet recruitment targets related to time to hire, quality of hire, and client satisfaction
Required Qualifications
• 1-3 years' experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or Recruiter
• Ability to recruit across multiple job functions and seniority levels
• Strong interviewing and candidate evaluation skills
• Good understanding of recruitment metrics and hiring processes
• Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• High level of organization and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working in a recruitment agency or staffing firm
• Familiarity with ATS and CRM systems
• Knowledge of local and regional labor market trends
